Sprouteez is budding business from Sivakasi, started from scratch with a small investment of 3000rs back in Sep 2022. We started to produce Sathu maavu using the experience, that we had learnt from our grandmother's recipes. We have been preparing homemade Sathu Maavu (the super food) for past 28+ years as a solid food for kids and babies. It was used within our families and relations. Currently the whole business is completely managed within our Family members in Sivakasi.

We are following traditional methods of preparation, which are backed by scientific research to make the millet foods easily digestible even by babies of 6+ months We are not sure anyone that any such similar small business would have done Lab testing for Homemade products when doing business at a very small scale. But we chose to do this way by validating nutritional levels of our most sold product " Sprouted Sathu Maavu ".We Realized the quality of the final product depends also on source of ingredients. We are now procuring Unpolished Organic certified millets and Traditional Rice from Farmers Producers organization in very small batches. Optimized the millet processing techniques after going through various research papers related to nutrition science.
